Rotary Leadership Circle (RLC)
The RLC was established in 1996, through a partnership of the Rotary Club of Winnipeg and the CCBYSA as a leadership development and summer work project for youth ages 8-14. RLC runs for 6 weeks in the summer.
Participating youth who complete the program are taken on a supervised $200 shopping trip!

Leaders In Training (LIT)
The CCBYSA in conjunction with MOMENTA experience discover grow has created the LIT program to prepare the participants to be camp counsellors at the Coalition summer camps. This leadership training program is designed to empower youth to; build positive relationships, as well as take part in activities that encourage the development of communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills.

Camp Coalition
Each year the CCBYSA in conjunction with MOMENTA experience discover grow provides youth the opportunity to participate in summer camping and outdoor learning experiences.
Junior (Juni) Camp is a one night, two camp for youth 6-11, B'nai Brith Coalition (BB) Camp is a four night, five day camp for youth 12-15, and the LIT Program camp is for youth aged 15 - 18.

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
(NVCI) Certification Training
The CCBYSA Coordinator is a certified instructor using the Crisis Prevention Institute program, and offers training to all staff who work at the Coalition agencies. Those who complete the 6 hour course are certified for 1 year.

Youth Recreation Activity Worker Program
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Winnipeg, in conjunction with the Province of Manitoba and Red River College provides a 31 week training course for inner city youth aspiring to be Youth Recreation Activity Workers.
The CCBYSA provides sites for the students to complete their practicum hours at our youth serving agencies.

Coalition Resource Lending Library
The Coalition has many Library resources that members can borrow and share. These resources include agency brochures, Canadian children literature, activity manuals, program ideas, agency policy manuals, and much more.
